In common with their general HQ indifference they have not even bothered to update the web site. We used to suffer similar problems at work. The company favourites used to initiate a project and then when the back office maintenance stage was reached they lost interest and the project never reached its potential through lack of glamour and insufficient resources.

 

Communicating with customers is NOT one of Thomsons strong points :rolleyes:
