Nieuw Amsterdam laundry ?

There's no self-service laundry on the ship, hence, no place to iron. And HAL prohibits the use of irons or travel steamers in the cabins.

You can pack your things in dry cleaner bags, and that will help prevent wrinkles. For whatever wrinkles you do have, you can use Downey Wrinkle Release, or hang your things in a steamy shower.

Or send them out. Sorry, I don't have a price list.

Hi, we are on the same cruise :-) I believe I read there is an unlimited laundry & pressing package for $49 for the week (I believe for the stateroom). I usually travel with a small bottle of the Downy Wrinkle Release which helps. Or we can be wrinkled messes together ;-)

we use tissue paper for packing and folding. Although we book Deluxe V. Suites which gives us free unlimited laundry & pressing, etc., we have never had to send anything out for pressing.

Packing carefully there is no issue, even if the stuff is there for a few days. Have a great time on your cruise
