You could always park it at an airport lot/garage and take the light rail line into the city.

I've found 3 hotels that rate fairly well with trip adviser and am in the process of figuring out which one to stay with so any help from others here would be great. Check out..

I just booked Red Lion because I liked the reviews, the price and the location. But I haven't stayed there yet so I can't offer a first hand opinion.

Warwick and Red Lion and right downtown, Hotel Decca is a few miles north in University District. On tripadvisor seattle forum there is a link to Port of Seattle info for cruises. The 'hotel' list for this season hasn't been published.

 

Normally the Comfort Inn on Roy St or Quality Inn had a park and cruise program. Also try the Maxwell hotel. Its new and close to pier and space needle area.
