BUT and not to hijack the topic but has anyone else received a phone call and or email from Princess regarding someone in "Corporate" named Sharon who is available to help plan my next cruise......? DonnaK Posted January 19, 2011 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2011 I got around the problem by not signing into My Princess. Look up prices as a visitor to the website instead of being logged in. Then, when you get into the reservation, right before it shows the cabins available, you can sign in and still see the prices. She had me close my internet browser and reopen it - it worked then. She said they're thinking it doesn't work when multiple tabs are open in one browser.
