Equinox - Penthouse or Sky Deck?

Any opinions as to which deck is best if staying in a Celebrity Suite?

It depends - we selected the Sky Deck on the Solstice (same deck plans and suites as Equinox according to the Celebrity website) for our Med cruise in November.

 

Penthouse deck is right below the pool deck and we didn't want to chance possible noise from scraping lounge chairs, loud music late at night, etc.

 

Sky Deck has suites/cabins above and below the Celebrity Suites. That helps cut down any potentail noise issues.

 

However, it all is a personal thing. I've read excellent reviews about both decks.

 

Have a wonderful cruise. I'm sure you will enjoy it no matter which deck you select. :D

All of the Celebrity Suites on both decks are beneath other staterooms. We had 1615 (Penthouse deck), and never heard a peep from above.
