Iced coffee - is that on the classic or premium package please?

I have read the sticky but can't find a list of which coffees are on which packages.

 

Also I can't find any prices for the following:

 

1. mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails)
   
2. non-acoholic frozen drinks
   
3. a mud slide (baileys frozen drink)
   

Finally, can I get Irish coffee on a non-alcoholic package premium package?

there now is a nonalcohol premium package that appears to include

premium coffee drinks. Ironically I asked X to include these coffes for years and now that they enhanced the "elite perks", I get them free at breakfast. I just pay per drink at other times.

As for iced coffee, I just make my own from the regular beverage areas.
