You can look here and on the roll call for your ship's departure date to get answers to questions you may have.

Also look on the port of call boards for excursions, usually Carnival sponsered ones are expensive and often not as good. I trust my fellow CC'ers to give me the scoop, and I've never been disappointed in their advice!!!
