Which dates are you cruising on the Valor? I am going to be on the 6/5-6/12 Eastern Caribbean.

I don't know much about it, this will be my first cruise, so I don't know which night are the formal nights.

Carnivial isn't very forthcoming with detailed information on this cruise.

I was just on the Valor but it was Western Caribbean. Our formal nights were Day Two (first full day at sea - day after embarkation) and Day Five. Lobster was offered at the first elegant night but not the second. We went on the galley tour and the head chef told us the menu is the same for all Carnival ships, so that should help!

Carnival did away with formal nights.

Yes you will have caribbean lobster on your cruise. I think the first sea day night is the formal night with lobster. They add grilled shrimp to a small lobster with mashed potatoes and brocelli.

The 2nd elegant night is escargot.
