luckygirl322 Posted March 3, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2005 Hi~ DH and I are booked on our first Princess cruise, and I've got a couple of questions. Can anyone direct me to a copy of the Princess room service menu? Also, what is the "Princess Dream Dessert"? I've seen it mentioned in cruise reviews, but nobody actually describes what it is. Silly questions, but I'm curious about the answers. TIA! Susan

Tmeister Posted March 4, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2005 The Dream Dessert is chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. I haven't tried it, but chocoholics tell me it's great.
JoniPoni Posted March 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 5, 2005 It is chocolate ... white and milk chocolate mousses that are shaped into Princess logo (as I recall) Then chocolate is drizzled decoratively on the plate and seems like there might be chocolate wafer on it somewhere .... It is really dreamy ... try it!
MiamiNicole Posted March 7, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 7, 2005 well I don't have a copy of the room service menu but I remember it was pretty basic. I ordered the chef salad a couple times (I am on Atkins) , my BF ordered a club sandwich, a pretty good cheeseburger, they have great fries. You can suggest about anything, but the menu is limited. The dessert is REALLY rich. It is heart shaped...with a hard dark chocolate crust and white and rich chocolate inside, there is a candy shaped princess logo on the top. I could only eat about 1/4 of it!!
cruisefoodie Posted January 8, 2012 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2012 A picture of the Princess Love Boat Dream dessert is here: http://www.cruisefoods.com/index.php?ship=crown_princess&cat1=1&cat2=3 It's delicious! I also recommend Princess's Flourless chocolate cake served on the first night.
