I get an error message everytime I try to go into the forums or nothing comes up at all. Anyone else having this problem? Any way around it? I emailed my PVP and she gave me an ext #72599, but I have not called yet. I hope to get it fixed before April so my dad can communicate with me while he is on his cruise. So then I thought it was cuz I use Google Chrome, so I logged in with IE and still didn't work. I have emailed the support and gotten no response. I will have to call I guess. Raven Days Posted February 16, 2011 #6 Share Posted February 16, 2011 I had the same issue when I tried to open my daughter an account on Funville so she can keep in touch with me and her daughter next week while we are on the Esctasy. Every time I clicked on the Forums button..NOTHING. Blank page. So I called the help desk and after about 15 minutes they came to the conclusion that she must not have accepted the email that she was sent. She checked her email and there wasn't anything from Carnival. So the guys suggestion was to just create a different account with a different email account. I did and now it works fine. I dont know perhaps I put her email address in wrong or something. Who knows. But I would try to create a different account using a different email address and see if that helps.
