I was told by an online TA that if I booked the cruise online myself, rather than use a TA by phone I would not be able to reach a TA if I had any concerns such as cabin change.

Is this correct?

I am talking only online---booking myself and online Ta from same company.

We've booked a number of cruises online. Never had any problems when calling regarding our booking.

Thanks for your reply.I did not think I would not have access to a representative but that is exactly what I was told.Now I feel better and will book online.

There is one particular agency that does only online contact. They spell this out on their webpage. If it is that particular agency, then no, you will not have any phone contact with them, only email.
