LouChamp Posted March 13, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 13, 2005 We were on the Voyager last month and also docked in Nassau on Sunday. The straw market was open and busy. Some shops were also open but a few of the bigger jewelry stores were closed. We took the Crystal Palace beach break excursion which left the ship around 8ish and were relaxing by the beach by 9. They provided transportation back to the ship around 11:50 but we left at 11am and took a taxi back to the straw market, walked around and then a few open stores in town and went back to the ship by 12:30. There is an attractive amrket area by the pier which we always enjoy but most of teh stores were closed. Have a great cruise!!!
