Tina0922 Posted April 26, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2011 My family has booked several tour through RCI for our upcoming trip. I know we can cancel up to a certain time out on board (24 hrs I believe) and still get a full refund. My questions is, If we cancel on board & it is credited to the on board account do we get the difference still credited back to the credit card if not spent on the accont while on the ship? The tour we have booked now is over $120pp and there are 5 of us. I know there is no way our tab will be that high since we are purchasing stuff monthly( soda & water packages, bottles of wine, anniversary cake, ect) to help with cost. Don't want to loose out on the tour but also want to make sure we don't loose that much money either! Family is up in the air at this point with two different tours. Thanks, Tina
wrp96 Posted April 26, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 26, 2011 If you cancel onboard, it is credited back to your onboard account. But that amount should be refundable to you if you can't use up the amount remaining on your onboard account.
