cruzaddict Posted March 15, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2005 our friends are having trouble booking a jeep tour in aruba......they have been trying for about two weeks,so I went in to try to do it for them and it gives me the message "reservation is not available at this time please try again later"...what does this mean? does it mean,it's sold out??? any help would be appreciated. should he call Celebrity direct? If, in fact, all the available spots are booked, you can still book when you get on the ship. We had that problem with an excursion when we went to Bermuda last year. We could only book one person at a time, and by the time we got thru with the 3rd person, there were no more spots available. (which left 3 kids and NO ADULT....really stupid that you can't book a group IMHO) We were told that they hold back some spots on all excursions for people to book on board. Anyway, if you can't book in advance, just go right to guest services when you get onboard and you should still be able to reserve it.
