AF-1 Posted May 26, 2011 #452 Share Posted May 26, 2011 Never use the Cruise Critic attachment feature. . . Just us any photo editing software (I use MS Office Picture Mgr), and load them to your favorite on line photo gallery. . .Fotki, Webshots, or photobucket. I use my own server. You should use the Photo Test forum on Cruise Critic to try it out. Radio ;);) . Thank you very much

I open a photo from my Photo Page, and click on Properties... 5. I copy the properties from the photo and paste them into the box that appears when you select -Insert Image_ 6. I then click on -Submit Reply- Radio ;);) The Sports Pool last night was all lit up ! . Thanks Radio, I copied and pasted your directions so I can use it later. critterchick Posted May 26, 2011 #454 Share Posted May 26, 2011 I hope they don’t add a 15 % tip for self service wine and how do they check for underage drinking if a kid has his mom‘s Sea Pass Card? I don’t see this as a great idea only as a reduced numbers of bar staff. steve Actually, they do, at least they do in Vintages on Liberty. It's built into the price of the glass rather than added as a separate item. So the price for a $10 glass of wine at the bar would be $11.50 in the dispenser. The other advantage for RCI is that the pours are precise, so they don't serve as much per glass as a friendly bartender might.

You have to purchase a card from the bartender to use the wine "vending machines" lol. This prevents underage drinking. I would assume (although sometimes that's the worst thing we can do) that it works the same on a Royal ship. I remember the cheapest pour being $4.80 for 3 ounces. Maybe the 15% is for the maintenance of the machines -- replacing empty bottles, making sure there are clean glasses available, etc.

Rare Radio Posted May 26, 2011 Author #462 Share Posted May 26, 2011 (edited) Hello everyone. . . There were a ton of Activities today, and many passengers did the “Lay out in the sun” activity. . .It was a perfect day for it. The sun blazed all day, and the temps were very warm (94F) We had light winds, and it was a very pleasant day. I went to another 3D Movie “Megamind”, and I was able to do a little skating in Studio B. I was able to take a few minutes to doze of a little, but I had to wake and go to a Bridge tour at 3PM. 1st Officer Henk Toll from the Netherlands was very happy to be on Allure. His last ship was Independence of the Seas, and he loves the new technology that Allure offers. He suggested that even in calm seas, they deploy the stabilizers when the divers are performing for a show. . . They want to make it as safe as possible. I was going to Amber theater tonight to see “Mosaic” but I may go down the the “Radio Friendly” Casino Royale. . . Here are a few pics from today ! Radio The “Morning Rush” Show with Ken Rush played most of the morning. It was very hot today , and Mega 4 stayed in the shade. Many Passengers wanted SUN ! Does this look safe ? This is the Main Pool (Fwd STB) Adventure beach was very crowded also. . .(Fwd PORT) Passengers just hanging out in the Sports Pool (Mid PORT) . Rare Radio Posted May 26, 2011 Author #464 Share Posted May 26, 2011 (edited) Here are a few more. . .I must go to Ritas Cantina ! Radio This was the view for all passengers who were in a Boardwalk Balcony The Zip Line was very popular today. . There were 30 people in line. A view from the Port side Bridge Wing About 12 passengers in our group were invited to tour the Bridge Wow. . . We have 5896 Passengers on Voyage 26 With Blue skies, and calm seas we just have about 160nm to go for Cozumel . Texas Teen Posted May 27, 2011 #475 Share Posted May 27, 2011 Has the Aquatheater been used as a pool at all during your cruise so far? I thought I read during construction that the Aquatheater would be used as a pool sometimes. Those main pools are way too crowded!
