Charleston taxi car seat question

We are cruising from Charleston in June. We are thinking about staying at Springhill Suites Charleston downtown the night before. My question is, if we leave our car at the hotel for the duration of the cruise and take a cab to the port, does the cab company provide car seats? We have 7,6, and 3 year old boys

Thanks for any help or suggestions for this.

in most states cabs are exempt from the car seat requirement and will not provide them.
