disneyaholicraquel Posted July 14, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2011 After booking my Victory cruise with a travel agent (great OBC perk) he advised me to submit my FCC form online. I did this Monday, July 11. Since, the payment part doesn't show in my profile how can I tell if and when it's been applied? How long does it normally take? Pineapple Princess Posted July 14, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Your TA can go online and verify the FCC.
finsupcruiser Posted July 14, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Add your booking number to your profile and all info should show up. We always use a TA and once I add our booking number everything is there.
disneyaholicraquel Posted July 14, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted July 14, 2011 I have already added the booking to my profile but, the tab were it says "My Billing" is not there. So, you can't tell if its been added. Just wondering if there was another way to find out. Also, should I wait a little bit or have they been added pretty quickly? firefly333 Posted July 14, 2011 #5 Share Posted July 14, 2011 You should be able to see credits on your edocs, which arent ready until its paid off. Until then you need to call your TA. you are correct, no billing tab when you give up control to a TA. Now everything has to go thru the TA. taszmom Posted July 14, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 14, 2011 It can take a week or even more and as I recall they don't even notify the TA when it gets applied, the TA has to just keep checking on it.
finsupcruiser Posted July 14, 2011 #7 Share Posted July 14, 2011 You can look at your e-docs at any time whether you are paid in full or not. My booking for Jan 2013 is in my profile with on board credits. You will not see your deposit listed on profile that is on bill/receipt from TA
disneyaholicraquel Posted July 14, 2011 Author #8 Share Posted July 14, 2011 Thanks, I will give it a week or so and then have the TA call.
KroozFoolz Posted July 14, 2011 #9 Share Posted July 14, 2011 When I submitted a fcc online, I received a 'confirmation' email from Carnival (email sender address read "IMC Special Programs") stating they received the online request and would process the request within 5-7 business days. Six days later, I received another email (same sender) confirming processing and application of certificate (obc and $100 applied to final payment amount due). The email also stated for any questions, contact Promotions at 1-800-794-6225. I would look for these emails before expecting it to show up on your Carnival profile/e-docs. I forwarded the second email to my TA for her records and so she could update the final payment amount.
