why not just buy one when you get there? By the time you get done waiting in all the lines, go thru security, take pictures, give travel documents a thousand times, fill out forms, etc... he will have that bad boy sucked down or be tired of carrying it.

It is really going to depend on who screens you and how strict their interpretation of the rules are.

 

They don't seem to get the whole mixer thing. The rules say:

 

On embarkation day, guests may bring a small quantity (package of 12 per person) of non-alcoholic beverages onboard, only in their carry-on luggage.

I would think so, but they will inspect it very closely since it will say pina colada on the label~ just make sure the seal is intact and you should be fine~
