I have a question. This is probably a dumb question, BUUUUT I will ask anyways. Has there ever been anything where you get an extra incentive for adding OBC to your room?? Like an extra $5 for adding $20 or whatever. Just let me know. Thanks.

.....ever heard Carnival do anything like that. It does nothing for them by you putting OBC on your booking.
