smeyer418 Posted August 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2011 http://www.cnn.com/2011/TRAVEL/08/09/state.department.warnings/index.html?hpt=hp_bn12 Interesting article...but I am not sure where to post it... Travel warnings have been issued for the UK and updated for Pakistan...but its a general article about travel warnings. essentially it states that if the US State Department deems it necessary to warn its own staff it will issue a travel warning... Rare LHT28 Posted August 12, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2011 I usually check http://www.voyage.gc.ca/countries_pays/menu-eng.asp (Canadian) For US citizens you can check warnings @ http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/tw/tw_1764.html
sail7seas Posted August 12, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 12, 2011 Do the Canadian and U.S. warnings usually mirror each other?
