MichCook Posted August 16, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 16, 2011 In a standard balcony cabin we have been provided small plastic bottles of shampoo & cream rinse and small round bar soap for sink and shower. I'm sure someone else who needs to use adapters can answer that question for you.
champagne lover Posted August 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 16, 2011 Is the shampoo and cream rinse combined in one bottle or 2 separate bottles? I take it no shower gel is provided then?
Rockymountainsparky Posted August 16, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2011 Shampoo and conditioner are in separate bottles. No body wash, just bar soap.
Talisker92 Posted August 16, 2011 #5 Share Posted August 16, 2011 Dear Holey, Since you are in the UK, I will assume all your devices have the big 3 prong plug. If your devices are rated for 120 to 240 volts, all you need is an adapter to the US 2 prong plug. If you devices are 220 only, you will need a step up transformer and an adapter. If you are looking to recharge things like an iPod that can be charged through a USB port, there are little devices that have a US 2 prong plug and a USB voltage output. I hope this helps
Gordoncruickshank Posted August 16, 2011 #6 Share Posted August 16, 2011 Hi You need to take at least one US adapter as the 3 pin plugs in the UK won't work. We were caught out last year on the Ruby having assumed incorrectly that there would be UK style sockets on board. They do have adapters on board but unlees you are quick they are all out. Tje best thing to do is take a power strip with you which gives you multiple uk sockets. Regards Gordon

Rare Essiesmom Posted August 16, 2011 #8 Share Posted August 16, 2011 This is what your outlets look like: It is possible that if you pull the beds and nightstands away from the wall, you might find a two prong European plug where the lamps are plugged in.
