Mr_Cruise Posted August 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Walking distance from the port? Not sure... but I hope you don't pass up the opportunity to see the Sagrada Familia.
DocF Posted August 23, 2011 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2011 I do not think either the Cathedral or Sagrada Familia would be within walking distance, but the cost of a taxi or using public transportation would be reasonable. I am a heathen Protestant, but I found both of these churches worthy of a visit. Doc
Rare Essiesmom Posted August 23, 2011 #5 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Sagrada Familia definitely not, but if you got a shuttle out of the port area and walked up La Rambla, you could get to the cathedral. We stayed in a hotel (Colon) right across from it. But, I think there are probably churches closer. EM
