San Diego Holiday Inn on the Bay question

We booked this hotel and understand a shuttle is available from the airport.However, I can't get through to them by phone to get the information about pick up location and procedure.

Any information that could help me would be appreciatedThank you.

Hi ,

Don't know WHEN you called but ALL of San Diego County + some surrounding areas had a power blackout yesterday and for some it is continuing into today!

I would expect that the procedure would be for you to call from the airport when you arrive.

BTW the airport is barely 2 miles from the hotel so a taxi will only be about $10+tip

The hotel posted on facebook that their phones are down due to the power outage. Supposed to be back on later today.

We have only been there once. I do remember that after picking up our luggage it was very easy to find the shuttle pick up location, for the hotel.

At San Diego airport there is a designated place to pick up hotel shuttles
