SLScouple Posted September 19, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2011 Do women wear club wear when they go dancing at night? We're going on Carnival Ecstasy in October. At home when we go out dancing I usually like to wear sparkly or revealing dresses and high heels, but I don't want to look completely out of place on the cruise. Alliezona09 Posted September 20, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2011 You will see a wide range of styles on a Carnival ship~ I've seen slinky sparkly dresses with 5 inch heels to shorts and tshirts~ It's up to you and how comfortable you feel~ If it's what you normally wear~ then go for it! sail7seas Posted September 20, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 20, 2011 If that is what you enjoy for dancing, then you'll be fine in it. You'll see something of everything. :)
Colorado Kat Posted September 20, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2011 Yes, the sparkly outfits and heels are very suitable.
cb at sea Posted September 20, 2011 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2011 That will be fine....but there will be folks in "regular' clothes...slacks, skirts, etc...that they wore to dinner!

Hi Alliezona! Just have to say "AMEN" to this response by you!!! You have posted responses to a couple of my questions in the last few weeks, and have reasured my own feelings about this! I used to feel "totally comfortable" in dressing for dinner, parties, night out, etc. Now that i'm in my 40's I've begun to feel less comfortable. HOWEVER, posts like yours reasure me that as long as I feel like I look good, that's all that matters!!!! THANK YOU!
