AI with sailboats?

Do any of the AI's have the small sailboats/catamarans included in their price?

I read some have kayaks.

We have 9, 12 and 13 year olds that would like something fun.

I know that Nohoch Kay can set up catamarans for you, but believe they are extra. At Tropicante Steve can put you in touch with someone. Tequila Beach may have some cats, but again they'll be extra. Most of the cats I've seen in Mahahual are skippered and hold around 4 pax. I've seen costs for private cat rentals for snorkeling etc. going for around $200 per day.
