For some reason I was thinking she said the end of January. I'm sorry, I really don't remember the exact day either. We really enjoyed Nadia. She was so accommodating, personable and professional.

Reshma is on vacation at the moment and a lady called Dina (from guest relations) is standing in.

 

Thanks for the reply. I just saw a scathing member review about Adventure (which BTW I took it with a grain of salt) but the poster loved Dina. I can't wait to meet her.

Currently the concierge on Indy is Ken Boodoo and Coumella Arandia in the Diamond lounge.

 

Does anyone know if Kenneth will continue on the Indy when she comes back to US? He is one of our favorites.

 

Does anyone know who the concierge will be on the Serenade the week of Jan 14th? Per the list it says Mario was there until Dec 14th and Francois will be back in February.

Victor from Guest Relations will be in the CL until Francois gets back.(sorry I don't remember his last name) We had him his first week and he did a good job. This is his first time as concierge on a ship, but he was a land concierge in Mexico before. Mario left Dec 13 to go back to Liberty when we were on Serenade.

To email the concierge,use the 2 letter code for ship(i.e EX for Explorer),followed by an underscore then Concierge@rccl.com

The underscore is ONLY between the ships two letters and Concierge.

i.e

EX_Concierge@rccl.com

 

 

On ships with Diamond lounge concierge,add the word diamond in front of concierge

i.e

FR_DiamondConcierge@rccl.com

 

On Oasis and Allure you need a 01 or 02 in the email address since there are 2 concierges on each ship

i.e

OA_Concierge01@rccl.com

Usually one of them stays in the Diamond Lounge and the other stays in the Concierge Lounge. I am attempting to determine who is normally assigned to the Brilliance Concierge Lounge.
