HappyCruiser383 Posted April 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2005 Has anybody done the Appleton Rum Factor tour? I've read countless reviews and watched these sites for months and haven't seen any info on this tour. We're leaving in 8 days and have already booked through Carnival. Is it worth it? Are we going to be alone on this tour? LOL

DandyCandy Posted September 8, 2007 #3 Share Posted September 8, 2007 I too would ike to know if this worth it. We are leaving in 2 weeks and are trying to decide what to do. Don't really see much that interests us, besides this.
Starfish923 Posted September 10, 2007 #4 Share Posted September 10, 2007 I went on this tour in September, 2006. We had a great time. It is a long bus ride, but that is partly why we went on the tour. We wanted to see more of Jamaica. The bus went on small, winding, hilly, two lane roads and the scenery was beautiful. We went through lots of small towns. Our tour guide was very informative. The rum factory itself was interesting. We had a good tour of the factory, a good lunch and got to sample lots of GOOD rum. I recommend this tour as long as you understand that the bus ride is long, about two hours each way. But it was worth it to see the interior of Jamaica. (and the GOOD rum). Have fun!
