Ok, I confess, I've not checked in for the past week and apparently missed all the excitement about the poll. Where can I find the poll results and the article?

The poll that I also missed is over. Theres a sticky at the top of this forum with the information about the poll, cruising with children.:o

My thoughts - cruise lines, and to some extent parents who take responsibility for their children, will need to make some efforts to mitigate the complaints. I don't suggest banning children from cruises at all, but by the same token I hate having to limit my choices when I want to cruise simply to avoid large numbers of children. I'd like to see something being done that is more than just paying lip service to the problem. Even a simple step, such as seeing that children are not in areas designated as "adults only" would be a step in the right direction.

I thought the selected comments seemed to be a good representation of the range of comments -- positive to negative. I liked that when the article was posted, it had a link to suggestions on how to travel/cruise with children.

Hi Corina,

 

is the sticky the one from Laura that starts "We were stunned..."? Maybe I missed something but all it says is there were lot's of responses and an article was posted 5 Apr.

 

Does anyone know where to find the results or the article?

The announcement about this poll is at the top of every forum - but no where did it say where to find the poll results and comments! I even searched for it, but couldn't find it. Since I am traveling with kids, I was interested to read the comments.
