How long for C&A info to be mailed?

I sailed with RCI for the first time 11/4 - 11/7, and enrolled in C&A on board. When should I expect to receive my member number and any other enrollment info?

Last I checked they won't automatically send you information. The person on the ship should have been able to give you a number.

 

In all honesty I have never received ANYTHING in the mail form C&A. I have made it to Emerald level so far with no postal correspondence.

 

My mom on the other hand got a nice letter and plastic card with her membership number on it.

 

When I went on my 2nd Royal Caribbean cruise (2008) I had to call C&A to let them know I was a past guest and I would like a number to add to my newest reservation. The lady gave me the info and I worked my way form there.

They no longer send out the membership cards, even if you need a replacement. Royal is trying to go green from what i understand so the less paper mail the better. Save them trees!

I didn't speak with anyone about the membership, just filled the card out and dropped it in the box that was provided.

I'd wait about a week or two after filling out the membership application and then call Crown and Anchor and see if they can give you your C&A number.
