Another personalizer question

Booked three Princess tours(in each port) about a month ago on the personalizer and they showed up all this time, now when I went in today (sailing Sat) they say available on board, is that because it is too late now or have they somehow disappeared? Thanks everyone! I will so return these favors when I return.

I think the Personalizer is unavailable for the 5 days prior to sailing.

I have booked excursions on the personalizer in the past. There is a point where they don't allow you to make changes to your account before your sail date. I don't remember exactly how to do it but you can print your itinerary along with your boarding pass up to the last minute. Your excursions should be listed somewhere in your itinerary along with any spa appointments you may have booked before the cut off. Also when you arrive to your room vouchers for any tours should be in your mailbox or on the desk. FYI unlike other lines Princess allows you to cancel any tours you may have booked online without penalty. I think you have 24 hours before the port of call to cancel.
