Solstice Embarkation Timing Questions

Three question regarding embarkation for my upcoming Solstice Cruise:

 

1. What time do they GENERALLY start boarding passengers?

 

2. What time do they GENERALLY open up the staterooms?

 

3. What time do you usually get your bags?

When we sailed on the Solstice in Feb 2011 we arrived at the port at noon and they were already boarding people. Cabins were not ready, so we went to Bistro on 5 for a leisurely lunch, and by the time we had finished around 2 pm the cabins were available. About an hour later we had our luggage.

 

Don't know if this is usual, but was our experience.
