Is there a wine room table in Murano on S class ships?

On a couple of cruises we've been able to reserve a table in the wine room for a group on a special occasion in the specialty restaurant on the M class ships or on the Century.

We were wondering if there is is also a wine room in Murano on the S class ships? If so do you know how many the table there will accommodate?

We're interested in this answer for both the Equinox and the Eclipse.

Hi, Larry! Below is a picture of that room and the table from the Murano on the Solstice. Looks like eight is the magic number. Maybe they could up to ten. Does this visual help?

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

Did a June 7-19, 2011, Solstice cruise from Barcelona that had stops in Villefranche, ports near Pisa and Rome, Naples, Kotor, Venice and Dubrovnik. Enjoyed great weather and a wonderful trip. Dozens of wonderful visuals with key highlights, tips, comments, etc., on these postings. We are now at 62,025 views for this live/blog re-cap on our first sailing with Celebrity and much on wonderful Barcelona. Check these postings and added info at:

Thank you Terry! By the way, I saw you posted on our thread for the Solstice 9/8/12 Med cruise. Are you on that cruise or were you just stopping by the roll call to help out?

Not on that cruise. Should be having our second grandchild born a little before that time. Two in twenty-two months!! Our son and his wife have been busy!!

Just trying to help out on your Aug. 8 Solstice board. I'll try to drop by more often since you're on that one. Let me know if any special questions pop up on that board.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

Yes there is, and the service is wonderful. That's where they hide the bottle of Screaming Eagle...$$$$$$. We were 8 on the Equinox and 10 on the Eclipse.

Yes there is. We had dinner in there on our last Solstice cruise. It is a nice room but, it is the wine room and you do get interrupted by servers looking for wine. As well, it is by the entrance and unless the door is closed, everyone sticks their head in and makes comments. Lastly, if you order something that requires tableside preparation, the room is not big enough to accommodate that and the prep is done outside.

Not to discourage you from asking for the room though, there were 6 of us and we stayed for the evening, had lots of wine and perhaps got a little louder than we should have and by having doors that could close, we did not disturb anyone else.
