Ykgorbie Posted February 11, 2012 #26 Share Posted February 11, 2012 A con to a B2B cruise.... hmm.... NOTHING!!!!! Couldn't have said it better myself ! One little tip I just learned on here though is regarding the alcohol that you purchase in port - you get it back the last night of the "first" cruise? What about if I purchase alcohol on the ship? Can we use that one the "second" cruise? (same ship) We are doing our second B2B this coming October.
Colorado Kat Posted February 11, 2012 #27 Share Posted February 11, 2012 It's just such a nice feeling on the last evening, when everyone is packing, and you don't have to. And that last morning, when everyone else is leaving, and you're just wandering about, saying goodbye to folks......
tigercat Posted February 11, 2012 #28 Share Posted February 11, 2012 We have done a couple of B2B's now and we really love them. We do the same ship but a western and eastern route. In Jan we did a southern cruise with all different ports. As for the shows we paced them out which left us time to do other things we wanted to do such as Movies under the stars. We thought that we would love to do a B2B2b. That way we would spend the 3rd week just doing nothing but relaxing. We love not having to pack the first week and watching everyone else leave the ship. tigercat
greenhorncanuck Posted February 11, 2012 #29 Share Posted February 11, 2012 The only con I can think of would be when comparing it to a 14 day. With a B2B you come all the way back to Miami, but if you were to book a 14 day you get to take advantage of some of the southern most ports without backtracking to departure port. Other than that, nothing.
