BA 220 on HAL Statendam

Any thoughts on this cabin for an Alaskan cruise? It looks like it's right next to some stairs. Should we be concerned about noise? Also we've never been all the way back, this is the last cabin aft.

Have you researched this on the HAL board? There is a Sticky over there with cabin photos. Lots more knowledge over there.

I would be more concerned about engine vibration. I can't remember whether there are stairs there on not, but looking at the deck plan it looks as if there is a set going to the pool area, which itself could make noise for you.

Always bring wax ear plugs in case you get bothered by noise.
