Gluten Free

Does anyone know if Carnival serves Gluten Free bread at dinner or any other time? DH and I are on the Dream in a couple of weeks. I am gluten free. We cruised on Royal Caribbean a couple of years ago and they went out of their way to get me gluten free bread whenever I wanted it. The quality was just OK but I wasn't complaining since I was so impress that I could even get it at all.

Thank you very much! I am very excited that they will make the chocolate molten cake gluten free (as well as bread, pasta, pizza, etc.)!

If you do a search for gluten on here, you will find a lot of helpful information. They do a great job with providing gluten free meals. I had my birthday on board and my kids and husband ordered me a gluten free cake from the specialty shop. See the Matre'd when you get on board and make sure he notes that you must eat gluten free. The hostess will come to your table the first night and get you set up for the rest of the week. This is all in the MDR. At the buffet, you can ask for someone to show you what is safe to eat. You don't need to contact special needs, but if you want to email them with your booking number, they can go ahead and note your booking. There isn't a place on the special needs forms for dietary needs anymore though, so you don't have to complete the form.
