It kind of doesn't matter. Most of the bike rental places will deliver bikes to you if you prebook with them. For example Eaton Stret Bikes http://www.eatonbikes.com/information/bikes/ But you can also compare with Pirate Rentals, A&M rentals, Tropical rentals.

I was thinking of renting a bike too. Seems like when we got off the ship last time I was in Key West, there were bike rentals at the port (or maybe these were ones mentioned above, that were booked ahead of time).
