sukyrin Posted February 24, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 24, 2012 I have been reading the forums and some people talk about a card to fill out when you board the boat.I also know that people like it when they are filled out ahead of time yet I dont see them in my cruise documents. Anyone know what these are called so I can find them? Thank you
MrYellowDuck Posted February 24, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 24, 2012 There is a health form where if you answer yes to any of the questions you will be denied boarding - basically it is asking if you have norovirus. Beyond that they just want your credit card number which they may already have.

maldenmusic Posted February 24, 2012 #4 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Health forms-sometimes we've been asked to fill them out and other times not. Just a few simple questions really.

omeinv Posted February 25, 2012 #6 Share Posted February 25, 2012 It sounds like you might be thinking of your boarding passes. With most lines, you can go on-line pre-cruise and complete and print these. Then when you're at the terminal they can simply scan them, and you're set. It does speed up the process. CRUZER2012 Posted February 25, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 25, 2012 Be sure to print out a sufficient number of luggage tags and also print your Boarding Pass. I suggest doing this as soon as possible once these are available for printing.
Dayenu Posted February 26, 2012 #8 Share Posted February 26, 2012 I think you are talking about 2 different forms. The sailpass you should fill out when it's available on-line, it will have your personal information like name, cabin number - you print this and take with you for check-in. The other form you can only fill out at the time of boarding - a health form asking if you had fever or headache in the last 3 days.

I have not seen a sailpass on Princess Cruises.
sukyrin Posted February 26, 2012 Author #10 Share Posted February 26, 2012 Thanks for all of the replies. I have printed out all of my cruise documents online so it has to be the health form. I am leaving April 2nd on the Carnival Elation.
