LuvTheSea14 Posted April 20, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 20, 2005 Any opinion on which seating time, 5:45 or 6:15 is better? Which dining room is better? If you eat at 6:15 is it hard to get seats for shows? Thanks for any help.
Cruise409 Posted April 20, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 20, 2005 Was just on the Glory last week. We had the 6:15 dinner time. Had no problem with getting seats for the shows.

lsscancun Posted April 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 21, 2005 We were on the Glory last July and the 6:15 dining was great. That extra half hour really helps when you are in port or just sunbathing on the lido deck. We never had any problems gettings seats for the shows and we had a group of 16 that went together every night. We ate in the Golden Restaurant and had the most superb service of any cruise we have ever been on. Infact, we are booked to go on the Glory in April 2006 with a very large group for a wedding. radtech Posted April 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 21, 2005 Issucancun - We are cruising with 17 people 7/16/05 on the Glory. I notice you said you had 16 and we have the 6:15pm dinner also, how were you able to do the seating arrangements, how many at each table and did you have the same waiter and busboy? I appreciate any advice you can give. :) Radtech :)
mnsawyer Posted April 21, 2005 #6 Share Posted April 21, 2005 We had 6:15 p.m. dining on the Glory last week. It's a wonderful ship! The 6:15 dining time was perfect for the itinerary and it was our first time having early seating. We loved it! The Golden Dining Room is right near the atrium lobby and the theater. It was a perfect location. We typically would finish our dinner around 8:00 p.m. which is just enough time to mull around then get a good seat for the 8:30 p.m. show.
