During a cruise lasting 8 days, what are the usual formal nights?

Second night is traditionally Formal for "Captain's Welcome". Best guess for next one would be the evening of a sea day as long as that sea day is not the last night - after which the next most likely would be port stop day with the earliest departure - 3pm type for instance.
