$3 hop on hop off Singapore bus

In 2008 we travel from Australia to Singapore on Singapore Air and while on board read that if you had a boarding pass dated within the previous 4 days you could use that boarding pass as a ticket for the HOHO bus for free. I understand there is now a small charge but the airplane boarding pass is all you need.

I am interested in the HOHO bus as well, so did a google search.....

according to this site the normal price is $12, but with a Singapore Airlines boarding pass it halves to $6.

We have used this SIA bus and it is a cheap option for getting around in Singapore if you have flown Singapore Airlines and have a boarding pass. The full loop takes approx. 2 hours and only goes one way. There is no commentary like on other types of Hop On/Off Tour Buses which can also be found in Singapore.
