Santa Barbara Question

I'm taking my teenage boys on the Sapphire Princess at the end of the month. One of the stops is Santa Barbara. I've read that it is a good place to take hang gliding lessons on fairly safe slopes. Does anyone know of a cruise line that offers such a class as a shore excursion? I'd like to find a vendor approved by a cruise line and also the best way to get too and from the location while in port. Princess doesn't offer this. Thanks in advance for any help.

No cruise line would ever offer something like that. To high a risk of injury and being sued.
