Misty Fjords Seaplane in Ketchikan?

Many many times, depends on the aircraft.

There are different size planes. The one I went on fit about 8. It's really beautiful--rain forest, lakes and waterfalls. Saw dal sheep too, and bear tracks when we landed on one of the lakes.

The price keeps a lot of people away, but I've heard some (most?) of the independents are sold out already. Can you book it online from the cruise line and get confirmation?

Since you want specific information. I do not recommend you ship book this. Book direct and then you will know what aircraft you are taking, and all your questions asked, superior tours as well. Look at Southeast Aviation, Island Wings. just excellent companies. Some ship booked tours are very shuttle like. For clairfication- this is probably the most popular Ketchikan tour with it alway in short supply and sold out.

I am on the same Radisson trip as you MamaQuack. I booked the Misty Fjord flightseeing tour with Island Wings. My understanding is that when you book online with Radisson, they put your name on a list for that excursion. They won't confirm until later but they wouldn't tell me when later was. I only booked one excursion directly with Radisson and that was because I didn't have a choice.

With such an upscale line as Radisson, that's very disturbing! If you can't get confirmation from them, please do try the ones Budget Queen recommended, to make sure you're booked. It's really spectacular.
