i believe you have to be in a suite to have breakfast there

It is for full suite cruisers only, does not matter what captain circle grade you are,

 

if first cruise and in a suite you will get the breakfast perk.

No, only passengers booking a full suite are allowed to eat breakfast at sabatinis

Have to say it is a great experience! Quiet atmosphere, great service, offer of a mimosa or other drink; tasty food and I would be glad to eat there tomorrow if I could. It is a very nice perk but when you cost out the fare for a suite, it is an expensive perk.

I usually sail in a full suite, but I wasn't sure if this was offered for platinum/elite members as well. This is my first cruise as platinum, but not in a suite. Have a suite reserved for cruise later in the year...I am sure I will really miss those suite perks!
