Moving 3rd Person to new cabin/booking

 Hi all. I was wondering if anyone can answer a question for me. My grown daughter is booked in my and DH cabin. Now, her friend wants to go but doesn't want to pay the cost of a solo. Can we move my daughter to share a cabin with her friend? We're booked in a balcony cabin but she and her friend would want an inside room. She's 100% paid which is about $725. Will they give her credit for the full amount to move to a new cabin/booking?

Is this possible for a fee? How much? We are booked on the June 3, 2012 sailing of the Carnival Magic.

Thank you for any advice.

Lynn

You may find you and your husband have to pay more for your cabin with just the 2 of you, as Carnival seems to price rooms by the person averaged out for the number of people in it. So instead of the typical $799 for the first 2 people and $499 for the third they just add those up and divide by 3 to get the lower per person rates they advertise online. Plus 2 people typically can't occupy a cabin meant for 3, so they will likely ask you to move as well.
