FCC Question / OBC Credit but no

I have had an OBC credit of $100 on my account for several days now, however I have yet to see a $100 credit towards my balance due. Is this normal?

No, you should see them at the same time. Mine was just applied today. My payment applied increased by $100, balance due dropped $100, and I have "Promotional Onboard credit" of $100. I would call your PVP or the general Carnival number. I'm sure they will correct this.
