Yes, all the ships I have been on do. It is fully stocked but you can always ask them to empty it for you :)

I don't think any of the Fantasy class ships have the mini fridge, maybe the suites do.

Fantasy class only suites have frigs. Conquest class and newer have them in all categories. Not sure about the Destiny, Triumph, and Victory.

They're more like coolers than fridges. They don't keep things very cold. If you ask them to remove the mini-bar items, my understanding is that they do remove them but they put them in a closet or somewhere else in your cabin rather than really removing them. Nancy
