Fit to travel letter

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone! I am due to cruise in 2 weeks and will be 21 weeks pregnant. I sent in a letter but had not had it signed on letterhead bc I typed it for the md bc I wanted it to include every thing rccl had stated. I feel silly bc thy wanted me to resubmit it on letterhead. So I went back and it it typed up by the md on his letterhead and my signed by him. Just wanted to see make sure that I had everything in order. It basically says I will be 21 weeks during the cruise and am have been cleared by my ob as non high risk. Is this what others have submitted as well. He didn't write in good health but I assume non high risk covers that?! Just don't want to turn in the wrong thing yet again! Thanks!

That's more or less what my wife did to. I think it was on a little 3x5 note sheet with the doctor's practice info on top.

Don't forget to bring it with you just in case, you never know what wackiness may occur at check-in.;)

Have fun!
