Daneite Posted May 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2012 I just logged in to my account on seabourn.com and saw that I was a diamond member, not having seen this before I did some searching and it seems like a very nice improvement to the loyalty scheme. As a Diamond Member I should receive the following: Onboard Guests receive ALL of the following benefits: ■ 15% savings on Shore Excursions ■ 25% savings on premium wines and spirits ■ Complimentary internet – unlimited Diamond Package ■ Complimentary telephone – 40 minutes ■ Seabourn Club Signature Massage ■ Day in the Spa Serene Area◆ ■ Complimentary laundry and pressing service ■ Daily delivery of preferred newspaper◆ At Home Same benefi ts as Seabourn Club Member, plus: ■ Seabourn Club Diamond Member luggage tags ■ Dedicated Seabourn Club Concierge ■ 20% savings on luggage shipping services ■ Advanced invitations to hosted sailings ■ Subscription to Travel + Leisure® and Condé Nast Traveler ■ Seabourn Advisory Board membership Very nice:D:D Not seen any mention of this on here but not had much time recently so apologies if already been covered. Jim Avery Posted May 15, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2012 It is very similar to what they do at Cunard. We are Diamond over there, wish we were with Seabourn.:D
MillieMeter Posted May 15, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 15, 2012 I thought I read on some post that the amount you paid for Seabourn paidsponsored excursions was also included in the point count. If so, we did not receive credit for any of the ones we did last Sept./Oct, however we did get credit for the numbers of days of the cruise. wripro Posted May 16, 2012 #8 Share Posted May 16, 2012 When I logged into my account on the website it showed I had 0 points. I immediately emailed and they rectified the situation so that I am now a diamond member. the internet is really the most important benefit to me. And I really do think there should be a titanium level for those who have sailed in the thousands of days. Perhaps instead of free laundry they could provide new clothes when the old ones get dirty!
