Railroad Guide

I read in some posts that it is helpful to have the railroad guide to know what you are seeing on various train routes. Where do you get these? On the train or can we order before we leave? I tried searching the Boards but found that a lot of posts have the words train and guide in them! Thanks in advance for the help.

They hand them out on the trains, and usually you can also pick them up in the stations.
