Dollars ?

I have heard that it's not wise to use plastic in Cozumel, so should we get some peso's or will we be able to use dollars?

Every place I have visited in Coz was happy to take dollars. Good luck! :)

They'll all take dollars. They know that it would hurt business if they required pesos. We always use cash in every port. It is the better way to go. Some places have a surcharge/fee for you using a credit card, plus many credit cards have a foreign transaction fee.
